📋 Referral agreement — please read

1. What we provide

is a lead referral service. We send qualified customer leads for HVAC services in the service areas and job types you select. We are not a party to any work performed.

2. Billable leads

A lead is billable when it is (a) in a service area/trade you selected, (b) from a customer who requested service and consented to contact, and (c) accepted by you. Accepting a lead authorizes the charge for that lead.

3. Pricing

Lead prices vary by job type and urgency and are shown before you accept. You are charged the displayed amount upon acceptance.

4. Payment

You keep a valid card on file. Charges are made to that card per accepted lead (and/or to maintain an optional prepaid balance via auto-recharge).

5. Exclusivity

Each lead is sent exclusively to one contractor unless not accepted within the response window, after which it may be re-routed.

6. Refunds / bad leads

A lead may be credited only if it is a wrong/disconnected number, outside your selected area, a duplicate, or clearly not a genuine service request — reported within 24 hours. Leads are not refundable because the customer chose another provider, did not answer, or did not book.

7. Licensing & responsibility

You affirm you hold a current Georgia HVAC (Conditioned Air Contractor) license and required insurance, and are solely responsible for the work, pricing, scheduling, and customer relationship. does not guarantee job outcomes.

8. Contact compliance

You will contact leads in compliance with applicable laws (including TCPA) and only for the requested service.

9. Termination

Either party may end the arrangement anytime; any unused prepaid balance is refundable minus amounts owed.

Contractor FAQ

How does pricing work?

Lead prices range from about $20 to $200 depending on job type and urgency — routine tune-ups and thermostats are at the low end, while high-value installs, replacements, and emergencies are at the top. The exact price is shown before you accept, and you're charged only when you accept — never for leads you pass on.

Are the leads really exclusive?

Yes. Each lead goes to one contractor and is never resold or shared with competitors. If you don't respond within the response window, it may be re-routed to another pro.

What if I get a bad lead?

Report it within 24 hours and we'll credit you for a wrong/disconnected number, a lead outside your area, a duplicate, or anything that clearly isn't a genuine service request. (Leads aren't refundable just because the customer chose another provider or didn't book.)

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There's no signup fee, no subscription, and no upfront deposit. You keep a card on file and are charged only per accepted lead. Cancel anytime.

What do I need to qualify?

An active Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor license and insurance. We verify your license before activating your account — leads won't send until you're verified.

Can I control which jobs and areas I get?

Yes. Tell us the cities, counties, or ZIP codes you serve and the job types you want (AC repair, heating, installs, maintenance, thermostat, ductwork). Only matching leads are sent to you.
